As part of the Technopole of Reggio Emilia, BIOGEST-SITEIA is a lab of the High Technology Network of Emilia-Romagna region and belongs to the AGRIFOOD platform that represents a reference point for the innovation needs expressed by enterprises belonging to the food and agri-mechanical sectors. BIOGEST-SITEIA offers qualified support for: (i) the characterization and selection of new raw materials; (ii) the development of new products and processes; (iii) the design and validation of equipment and plants for food processing and packaging.
Since 2015, the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia participates to the Bio-Based Industries consortium as Associate member.
